Our aim is to help children love learning, motivate them to do meaningful activities and encourage their creativity. That's why we want mentors who are not only excellent professionals, but also inspiring individuals who can truly connect with children and speak their language!
The initial interview assesses the candidate's values, personal qualities and ability to communicate with children.
Candidates receive training to familiarize them with our methods and equipment.
After the introductory training, candidates shadow experienced teachers for a while.
We observe mentor trainee's first lessons, assess how they did and provide feedback.
Only after passing these stages and meeting all the criteria can mentors start running their own groups independently.
Each mentor continues to enhance their qualifications and updates their knowledge through continuous training throughout the year.
Throughout the year, we occasionally observe randomly selected groups led by each mentor. The purpose of observing the groups is to ensure the quality of the sessions, to identify areas for improvement, and to see what further training is needed to ensure that the mentors' work with the children is successful and smooth.
Each of our mentors is passionate about guiding the next generation and ensuring ALL children have access to a high quality and engaging education that will prepare them for the future!
